In February 2022, my brother and I decided it was time to sell our family home. We both live out of province so I had only 11 days to sort and move what we wanted to keep, get rid of the rest, and prepare the house for sale.
Rheana was referred to me by a friend, and there are no words of gratitude that can capture how amazing her work was. She took initiative in helping me deal with the household contents, took charge of selling all items of value that I did not wish to move, and did so without ever over-stepping. She was respectful, curious about my needs and wishes, and at times even helped me identify what I was feeling when I was not self-aware in the moment.
The house preparation was a daunting task, and when I left after 11 days there was still so much work to be done. She did it all. She continued to move items to appropriate new owners, kept track of all the money earned and deducted it from my bill. Her cleaning of the home was immaculate and her detail in staging made the house really pop!
The house sold in three days, and then she took charge of removing the staging. She was absolutely amazing and I cannot overstate what a joy she was to work with. If you need help with your home to de-clutter or prepare for sale - she is the woman you need!
